Practical implications of the study revolved around CEO selection and grooming based on the significant predictors listed above. Overall Evaluation This CEO attributes study appears to support several hypotheses about the significance of CEO characteristics that positively and negatively impact the successful internationalization of SMEs in Taiwan.
